Good day everyone! Have you ever encountered a fill-out form with fields that you don't know what they're for? It's like you are reduced to assuming what the fields are for based on context clues and the field labels. More often than not, you'd want all users to understand the fields they will need to fill information into. 

We have recently rolled out an important Connected Business feature that allows you to place tooltips in just about every field in your Connected Business forms.

This feature is called the Bubble Help Editor and this can be accessed from the System Manager of your Connected Business application.

This new feature eliminates the possibility that, due to misinformation in fields, businesses may:

• Key in wrong data in pertinent forms that will affect business data integration, analysis and other processes.
• Bring confusion to all your other modules as the data from one Connected Business module are seamlessly integrated to each other.

To place tooltips for a field within a form, the Bubble Help Editor can be accessed from the System Manager > Customize > Role function from the menu. This function will show you the User Role list in which you can choose which Connected Business user account you want to put in Bubble Help Tips.

Select one by double-clicking on any of the user accounts to bring out the list of Connected Business modules you want to put in Bubble Help Tips.

There will be a screen that displays the available forms inside the chosen module. Select one to bring out the form editor that lets you see the live layout of the form you want to put Bubble Help Tips into.

From here you can right-click on any field you want to input Bubble Help Tips to and select Edit Bubble Help.
