The Aged Accounts Receivable Analysis Report provides a detailed and comprehensive report that shows the customer’s outstanding balances in aging periods and based on the customer’s currency. The aging period ranges from 30 days to 120+ days with indicated total days overdue. It also includes last-year-to-date and year-to-date analysis for each transaction. Each currency has sub totals recorded in the report.
These reports can be easily accessed through the Report Center menu of any modules in Connected Business. On the Report Explorer pane, click on Reports ► System Reports ► Accounting ► Retrospective Analysis. These are the reports under the Accounts Receivable Aging folder.
View the Accounts Receivable Aging Reports
Aged Accounts Receivable Analysis (Doc Date) - In this report, the calculation of the accounts receivable for aging is based on the date when the transaction is created.
Aged Accounts Receivable Analysis – Doc Data (Value in Base) - In this report, the customer’s outstanding balances are converted according to the home currency used by your business and the calculation of the accounts receivable are based on the date when the transaction is created.

Aged Accounts Receivable Analysis – Due Date - In this report, the calculation of the accounts receivable for aging is based on the due date of the transaction.
Aged Accounts Receivable Analysis – Due Date (Value in Base) - In this report, the outstanding balances are converted according to the home currency used by your business and the accounts receivable for aging is based on the due date of the transaction.

Set the Filter Criteria on Accounts Receivable Aging Report
Suppose you would like to view the aging recap and statistical summary of all your accounts receivables activities as of a particular date, select any A/R aging report layouts from above mentioned reports and click on the Print > Print Dialog button from the menu options.
On the Filter Criteria section, click the button to add a new condition. Select the “As of”, include the condition in the A/P Retrospective Reports and the date to which you want it to appear on your report. Setting the date criteria in all these reports will change the “As Of” date to the current condition.

Print the A/R Aging Report
After setting the filter criteria, you may now print the file by clicking the Print button. Select the way you want it to print such as print to file, preview, print, fax or email. When you update any of these transactions, these automatically reflected real-time to the Accounts Payable Retrospective report. The snapshot below is a sample Aged A/R Analysis report.
