POS

    • Added class template lookup when creating a new customer and new ship to.
    • Added a preference to allow or restrict class template lookup.

Enhancements

eCommerce

    • Added new application configurations ContactUsNameTo and ContactUsEmailTo where the user needs to fill up information on who gets notified via email coming from the Contact Us Form.

Banking

    • Added validation for check numbers where the system does not allow duplicate number for check payments.

Reports

    • Enable printer settings such as number of copies, collate, print range and find printer.

SDK

    • Enhanced DataDictionary Thread Safe.

POS - Mobile

    • Added support for other Epson printers.
    • Added the ability to change class templates when adding a new customer.

    • Fixed issue when entering coupon code but no discount is applied or error is received.

CRM

    • Fixed sorting issue in CRM Case and Lead where document code is used instead of date created.
    • Fixed email service set to manual not working even when started.
    • Fixed error when ticking Generate Opportunity checkbox in the Convert Lead form.
    • Fixed issue where values are not showing after adding custom fields in the CRM Activity form.

Customer

    • Fixed issue when voiding invoice with serial number.
    • Popup message has been added to notify the user that a payment cannot be applied to other transaction because it is reserved to SO or invoice.
    • Fixed decimal places on Ship-To window Recent History section.
    • Fixed issue to prevent order from having status of Partial and Workflow Stage of Completed at the same time.
    • Fixed the font used to show the amounts completely.
    • Made enhancement in deactivating customer so that child entities like contact and ship-to are deactivated as well.

Shipping

    • Enhanced handling of unknown address type. When carrier returned “Unknown” for the given address, the system will retain the address type supplied by the user.

Supplier

    • Fixed issue where you are prompted multiple times with the same question when you click Clear All button on Goods Received.
    • Fixed issue where you are not prompted to save changes when Close (X) button of the GRN window is clicked after making changes. This avoids the assumption that your changes are auto-saved.
    • Fixed error when creating GRN for purchase orders with status of "IN PARTIAL" with more than one line item.
    • During upgrade, AllowBackOrder field of Supplier is set to True when it is NULL. This is because originally when “Allow Back Order” option doesn't exist yet, the PO status is Partial when order is not received completely.
    • Fixed issue where NON STOCK is posted to GL account different from what's specified on bill.
    • Fixed issue where you cannot print bill when it is for drop ship.
    • Fixed issue where the value of preference to balance header and detail doesn't reflect on the bill.
    • Fixed issue where the extended price is not recalculated when you click Clear All Quantity button on SRMA.
    • Fixed issue when receiving partial PO.

Inventory

    • Fixed issue in deleting assembly item.
    • Enhanced handling of unknown address type. When carrier returned “Unknown” for the given address, the system will retain the address type supplied by the user.
    • Fixed issue where item name of the first line item disappear after you tabbed out.
    • Improved performance of loading of item on web service.

Banking

    • Resolved issue where records of reconciled transaction under the processed partial bank reconciliation can still be modified.

System Manager

    • Fixed Copy User Role Option issue where all records created during upgrade are corrupted.

Reports

    • Resolved issue on an incorrect currency symbol on the Aged Debtors List(Detailed by Document Date) report.
    • Resolved issue where Connected Business application crashes when sending Customer Statement of Account via email.
    • Fixed issue where Check Stub Stub Report Design in the server does not apply to terminals.
    • Resolved issue unable to print historical invoices after upgrading from 13.0 to 13.1.
    • Fixed filtering issue on printing credit notes.
    • Fixed error when printing Order Picking Ticket report from the Print Picking Ticket form.
    • Fixed issue on printing check in the Payment Run Process Print.

SDK

    • Resolved issue unable to save a new table name in a form.
    • Fixed error in removing unused plugin.
    • Fixed issue screen lose focus.
    • Fixed error closing the Setup form of the System Manager module in the User Role.
    • Fixed error registering plugin even if credentials are incorrect and fixed Zorder of the form.
    • Fixed error in editing data source for updating customer ranking.
    • Fixed Import Manager memory leak.

Tools

    • Resolved issue unable to install Connected Business.

Known Issues and Limitations

POS

    • If the coupon being used in a transaction is specific to a range of products, POS won't be able to calculate the totals properly if the first item on the tape is an item NOT covered by the coupon.

      Workaround: Make sure the first item is an item that is covered by the coupon.

Customer

    • Error occurs in the following scenario:
        1. Create 2 sales quote for a particular customer.
        2. Create new order from available sales quote tab.
        3. Select 1 sales quote created in Step 1.
        4. Create drop ship order.
        5. Import the other sales quote created in Step 1 then save.

      Error: Column 'SalesOrderCode' does not belong to table SupplierPurchaseOrderReservationView

      Workaround
      : Convert Quote to Order instead of importing quote to order.

Sytem Wide

    • Some causes of memory leaks have been fixed in the patch but there are still remaining causes to be fixed in the following release.

Platform

    • Error occurs in renaming menu in the User Role form.
      1. Go to System > Customize > Role > Administrator.
      2. Select any module and select any menu from the tree.
      3. Open and close the selected menu.
      4. Right click on the selected menu and select Rename. Error pops up.
    • Error occurs when editing the data source.
      • Generic Step
        1. Go to System > Customize > Role > Administrator.
        2. Select any module and select any menu from the tree.
        3. Add a custom tab.
        4. Click the Customize button and select Edit Data Source.
        5. Select a System Table from the table selection and the New Field Wizard will pop up. Click Next to finish the wizard. A new field will be added in the section.
        6. Close and save the form.
        7. Reopen the form.
        8. On the same custom tab, add a plugin.
        9. Close and save the form.
        10. Click the Customize button and select Edit Data Source.
        11. The Edit Data Source will be displayed but the Table Name is empty.
        12. Close the Edit Data Source form, error pops up.
      • Search Manager Step
        1. Go to System > Customize > Role > Administrator.
        2. Select the System Manager module.
        3. On the tree menu, select the Search Manager.
        4. On the List Detail, select Detail tab.
        5. Click the second Customize button and select Edit Data Source.
        6. Close the Edit Data Source form, error pops up.
