Hi everyone! In today's blog post, I will be sharing to you another great feature in Connected Business.
In the retail or wholesale industry, it is important to have an efficient packing and shipping system. In line with this, having the ability to print shipment labels faster allows you to fulfill greater number of orders in just a short period of time.
With Connected Business, you are given the ability to print shipment labels in bulk with the Bulk Printing feature.This feature allows you to batch print shipping labels for sales order ready for shipment, thus, increasing your efficiency in packing and shipping.
This feature only works on sales orders with single line itemsand/or prepackaged items.
Let’s see how this feature works.
To mass print shipment labels, you can go to the Shipping module > Bulk Printing menu and select Single Line Item and Prepackedoption.
In the Bulk Shipment Printing form, you can see the list of SO ready for shipment. Select the number of sales orders you want to process. If you need to generate labels for several sales orders, you can also set a filter to sort the SO by location and by date.

Click Get Label (F12) option to start generating the labels for all sales orders selected. Once the labels are generated, the Ship Cost, Tracking Number and Status of the shipment will be updated.

A message window will pop up confirming if you want to print the labels or not.

If you select Yes, the system will go ahead and print the labels. If you select No, the processed SO will be moved to the Unprinted Labelstab where you can manually print the labels.
