There seems to be a new bug that when installing a plugin. When installing the plugin the plugin works fine. If you exit out of the application and enter back in the plugin's referenced DLL's are not loaded. This obviously results in a Method not found error. When looking into the SystemPluginAssemblyDependency Table the DLL's are set to IsPreloaded = False. So I attempted to work around this problem by setting the preloaded = True. This has no effect.
Prior ISSI releases showed the DLL's being loaded on the Splash Screen and you would see the ones needed loaded. With the new version there are not loaded and seen at all.
Any suggestions?
